Over-training is a serious problem that can actually prevent you from getting effective results in the long run.When training, try to do as many sets and reps as possible. Do at least 15 repetitions of each exercise, and do not take a long break between sets. You want lactic acids flowing in your muscles, as this promotes muscle growth. When you constantly do this as you workout you help maximize the amount of muscles you build.
